failure is not an option

When it comes to the field of communications, I take things very seriously. unfortunaltely with this online class I have had a curveball thrown my way as only the people around me and myself are seeing all of the work I put in, unfortunately we can only get points by blogging or replying or making our own thread once a day plus quizzes and papers but with the leniancy comes difficult choices as sometimes I get caught up in my job or my internship and forget to post. its hard knowing that the teacher isnt seeing your hard work, especially when my papers and quizzes have been so - so up to this point, but I feel I shlould quit and if I came this far im going to finish in the best way I possibly can.

  1. While I didn't have the same quitting feeling you had, I only have a few classes left to graduate and I'm too close to throw in the towel now on any of them, I can understand your feelings. I found some of the quizzes to be irritating, as the directions would say to explain something briefly in a few sentences and then the feedback would indicate that I should have expanded on my thoughts. But ultimately if you're learning stuff in the class it's worth it, no matter what the letter grade reflects. Of course you want to get credit for the course and a grade that doesn't kill your GPA, but in all honesty there are things you learn in any class that are never measured with a quiz or by a letter grade. Maybe in this class you learn about media studies and about your desire to persist and succeed even when it seems no one is watching.
